Life
Before ECC . . .
I graduated from The University Central Florida with a double bachelor in Finance and Accounting in 2006. While at UCF, I was a member of Alpha Kappa Psi Professional Business Fraternity. This experience provided me with the tools to use my ambition to be competitive and aim for success. I joined Brown & Brown Inc. shortly after as an internal auditor. Through hard work, I moved my way up as a senior internal auditor for 6 months and then became manager for a year and half. Afterwards I transitioned to the corporate level in operations as a supervisor for yet another year and half. At that point, a great opportunity presented itself to me in sales.
Life
at ECC . . .
After working for almost 5 years at an insurance intermediary, the natural transition was going into sales. I started working at ECC in June 2011 and have been working on my RPLU designation. The CIC and ARM designations have given me a solid foundation of the insurance industry. However, I am excited to know that there is a ton more to learn in the professional liability field. I will be gaining experience at ECC for a year and half to prepare myself for the transition into becoming a broker. At that time, I will be ready to take my agent and underwriter relationships to my final destination (TBD).
Life Outside ECC
. . .
Life outside ECC is pretty simple but I always manage to stay busy traveling to new places and revisiting those that I enjoy the most. Food and wine are always a big driver of where I am going to end up during the weekends. I am a loyal fan of my school’s football team and try to make it to most of their games. The rest of my time I spend it with my mother and sister, friends and my adorable beagle, Lukas.
