Life Before ECC . . .
I grew up in an insurance family with my father being the owner of Roth Insurance Agency, now in business for the past 28 years. I graduated from Augustana College in Rock Island with a B.A. in Marketing, and then became employed by Philadelphia Insurance Companies. I was a Senior Underwriter at Philly where my responsibilities included underwriting and servicing NP D&O, Private Co. D&O, EPLI, Fiduciary, K&R, Misc. Prof. Liability, Accountant's & Lawyers Risks.

Life at ECC . . .
In my current position at ECC, I work with our retailer partners in marketing and analyzing Specialty Lines risks, including but not limited to Misc. Professional Liability, Medical Prof. Liability, Employment Practices Liability, Directors & Officers Liability, Lawyers, Accountants, and a variety of other fun areas of risk.

Life Outside ECC . . .
I have been married to my beautiful wife Jenni since 2000. We have a new born, Macnamara (Mac), who is the main focus of our attention and we also have two dogs, Fletcher and Sterling, whom we enjoy running with almost every morning. I have completed my MBA at DePaul University with a concentration in entrepreneurship, and am now looking for the next challenge. For fun, I like to golf, run races, lift weights, and snow ski.
