Life Before ECC . . .
I grew up in an insurance family with my father being the owner of Roth Insurance Agency, now in business for over 30 years. I graduated from Augustana College in Rock Island with a B.A. in Marketing, and then spent roughly five years at Philadelphia Insurance Companies as a Senior Underwriter underwriting Public/Private D&O, Employment Practices and Miscellaneous Professional Liability.

Life at ECC . . .
I am responsible for the P&L of our office, managing a dynamic and diverse hard working staff that is dedicated to Service Excellence, consistently providing an accurate, thorough and timely solution to any problem presented.

Life Outside ECC . . .
I have been married to my beautiful wife Jenni since 2000. We have three children under the age of 5 (2 boys / 1 girl) who are the main focus of our attention and we also have two dogs, Fletcher and Sterling, whom we enjoy running with almost every morning. I have an MBA at DePaul University with a concentration in entrepreneurship, and am now looking for the next challenge. When I can find the time I enjoy playing competitive tennis and golf.

I am also a proud member of the Board of Governors for the Kohl Children’s Museum, on the Midwest Steering Committee for the Professional Liability Underwriting Society (PLUS), and am an active member of Vistage, The World’s Leading Chief Executive Organization.
